Who you are & why we need you

We are looking for a Growth Enablement Manager to join Kognity’s Growth Team consisting of 4 functions (Marketing, Business Development, Account Management and Strategic Development) and a total of +25 team members, about to double in size over the coming year.

In a team growing at that pace, the need for streamlined communication, continuous Learning & Development and updated resources is a must to ensure we hit our revenue goals - this is why we need you!

You are a driven individual, with an extraordinary ability to multitask, who does not shy away from responsibility and have a passion for your team’s success. You have experience working with Sales or Marketing in a fast-growing software company and you are a strong communicator! You would be reporting to the Head of Growth and support the Growth team, based on 4 continents as it continues to double year-on-year.

Responsibilities

  • Create a sales enablement strategy with the Head of Growth
  • Support Leaders with onboarding and coaching of new team members in Stockholm and internationally (max 1 week/month travelling)
  • Identify team KPIs to improve and drive change
  • Produce outstanding sales enablement resources and keep them updated (market information, presentations, fact sheets etc.)
  • Act as liaison within Growth functions and with other teams at Kognity
  • Streamline communication, ensuring updates are implemented across all Growth functions

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in Business or Marketing
  • 2+ years experience in Sales (enablement) or Marketing 
  • Native English speaker
  • Exceptional communicator (verbal and written)
  • Ability to prioritise and structure tasks effectively
  • Team player with strong intrapersonal skills
