Who you are & why we need you

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager capable of driving recruitment at a time when Kognity is nearly doubling headcount year-on-year. As our Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible overall for driving Kognity's recruitment on a global level and for shaping and building our recruitment function from scratch. on a global level and to shape and build our recruitment function from scratch. You will work closely with all Hiring Managers at Kognity in order to drive recruitment processes and help make effective hiring decisions.

Responsibilities 

  • Driving Kognity’s global recruitment strategies and operations
  • Setting guidelines, routines and structures to standardize recruitment processes and make sure they are in line with Kognity’s values
  • Supporting Hiring Managers with day-to-day recruitment tasks and ensuring recruitment is carried out in line with our ambitious standards
  • Assisting in operational recruitment by conducting screening interviews or reference calls
  • Coordinating with external stakeholders including recruitment firms, freelancers, our partner company managing Kognity’s team members internationally, Migrationsverket etc.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or any other relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within a hyper-growth environment 
  • Solid understanding of professional full-cycle recruitment
  • Leadership experience with proven headcount responsibility 
  • Solid track record of successfully driving and managing numerous recruitment processes quickly but still maintaining high quality
