Who you are & why we need you
As a Social Media Manager at Kognity, you will be in charge of creating new leads in existing and new markets and strengthening our brand through our social media channels. You will report to VP Marketing and work closely with Kognity’s Lead Generation Manager and Content Marketing Manager as well as other important stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, Product development and HR.

We’re looking for a person who has the experience to head up this role but also the curiosity needed to excel in turning Social Media into a speedy lead engine. We think you have extensive experience in a similar role and love social and generating business to deliver high impact!
As a Social Media Manager at Kognity, you will need to be creative in reaching and engaging with our audience in different social media channels as well as produce the right content in the right format.
To be successful in this role, you need to understand the B2B SaaS business. The goal is not only to improve reach - it’s about reaching the right teachers and decision makers in schools at the right time, engaging as many stakeholders as possible as well as driving them towards demos, trials and signing the deal

- You will be responsible for the SoMe strategy in collaboration with VP Marketing
- Plan for what content to share in each SoMe channel and when
- Produce posts based on existing content
- Produce new content for SoMe channels
- Set up ad campaigns in SoMe in collaboration with Lead Generation Manager
- Analyze the outcome of the investments
- A/B test messages and new formats
- You have in depth understanding of B2B SaaS companies
- Extensive experience of SoMe management
- Excellent english language & copywriting skills
- You excel in producing own assets (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Great understanding of what content works best/channel
- Excelling in how to generate leads in SoMe
